As an attorney your attention is directed to ensuring that your clients’ legal rights are not infringed upon at a time in their lives when they are most vulnerable. You are mandated by the court, deadlines and most importantly your clients.
Eagle is extremely knowledgeable of the Colorado courts and judicial systems. From the Federal to the municipal courts, we know how to navigate our way through getting copies of discovery, supplemental reports or sensitive information and documents from the District Attorney's offices, courts or judges’ clerks, records departments or opposing counsel. We will contact and schedule appointments with the appropriate people or departments to retrieve and copy reports, handle the transfer of case filings or even file important pleadings with the court.
Upon completion, you will receive an Affidavit or Memorandum re: Chain of Custody. This will describe the process, people, method and timeline used to complete your request. We will be accountable to you and your client for the work you entrust with us.
